Saturday, June 6, 2026, 11 AM to 10 PM at Utah State Fairpark (155 N 1000 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116)

Restrooms

Accessible gendered bathrooms are located in the BATHROOM BUILDING on the NORTH SIDE of the outdoor FOOD VENDORS near the north side, main entrance closest to the parking lot; and INSIDE the Grand Building first floor by the north entrance.

Parking

Parking is available for $15 all-day at the fairground. Not valid for re-entry.

Accessibility 

Restrooms, elevator and vendor booths are ADA accessible.

Information/Lost & Found

Located at Utah Asian Festival Information Booth on the North Entrance of the festival.

First Aid

Located next to the Information Booth on the North Entrance of the festival.

No Pets

Please leave your pets at home.

Food Vendors

There are 31 total food vendors. Find their menu here

Free Water

Free water will be located inside the Grand Building by the bathrooms entrance on the first floor. Water stations will be located outside near the outdoor stage and on the north side of the gazebo. Please bring your empty, refillable water bottles to use throughout the event.

Beverages

Traditional drinks are available for sale at various indoor market booths and outdoor food stalls. There is a beer garden located on the North West side of the grass area.

Children's Activities

Located at Heritage Building, attached to/west of the Grand Building. Find list of activities here.

Performing Stages

Indoor Stage inside the Grand Building's second floor. Outdoor Stage in the lawn. Performances will also be projected onto screens on the first floor of the Grand Building and livestream on Facebook page.

 

Security Policy: 

The Utah Asian Festival works closely with the Utah State Fairpark to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our patrons. Every person entering the festival grounds is subject to physical inspection by security personnel.
Bags larger than and including 11” x 17” will be inspected upon entry. Diaper bags, personal health items, strollers, and wheelchairs are exempt from inspection.
Anyone not agreeing to this search will be restricted from entering the festival.

These items ARE NOT allowed into the festival grounds:
NO knives or weapons of any kind
NO pets
NO artificial noisemakers
NO coolers (except for guests with medical needs)
NO smoking
NO beach balls
NO missile-like objects of any kind (including frisbees, footballs, etc.)
NO objects that obstruct other guests’ view, including umbrellas, signs, or flags larger
than 3′ x 2ʹ
NO laser pointers
NO aerosol containers (including aerosol sunscreen)
NO poles or sticks of any kind, including selfie-sticks
NO bikes, scooters, or other large personal items
NO drones
NO promotional items with commercial slogans or identification without written
consent from the Utah Asian Festival

This event may contain loud, continuous noises.
Please note: Utah Asian Festival attendees must comply with all Utah Asian Festival health and safety guidelines and any other local or municipal health and safety guidelines, laws, rules, and regulations. Any item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate by management will not be allowed in and around the festival. Confiscated items will be disposed of and not returned. Items left in vehicles should be stored out of sight, management is not responsible for lost or stolen property of any kind.

By entering the festival area, you irrevocably consent to being photographed, filmed and videotaped and release all producers and users of such photos, film and videotape from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property or for infringement of any rights. You expressly authorize and permit use of your name, voice, and likeness and all reproductions thereof throughout the world in all perpetuity without limitation and without any compensation to you.


You understand that by entering this general area you will be engaging in activities that involve risk of injury, which might result not only from your actions, inaction, or negligence but that of others, the rules of play, the conditions of the premises, any equipment used, and/or the possible exposure to others with communicable illnesses including COVID-19 and any associated risks therewith.
