Thank you for your interest in volunteering! Our volunteer website is not yet up, however we are taking everyone’s contact to be notified once our volunteer positions are live! After reading the following information, please fill out the volunteer interest form at the end of the page for our upcoming 49th Utah Asian Festival on June 6, 2026!

Volunteers between the age of 12-17 years old must have committee approval prior to sign-up. If you are seeking approval for yourself or are the guardian/ parent of a minor wishing to participate please email volunteer@utahasianfestival.org.

For any organizations wishing to complete a group sign up please contact our volunteering committee to schedule a consultation.

Shift(s) sign-up is available following registration. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the volunteer roles, no partial shifts will be permitted. As of January 2026, the shift letter designations, color codes, and time slots are as follows:
